We strive to display our handmade treasures as accurately as possible. However, please note that the colors you see on your screen may vary slightly due to monitor settings. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Intimate Apparel & Hygiene Policy: For health and safety reasons, all sales on Bralettes and Earrings are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Orders & Payment Terms

When you place an order, it is an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not considered accepted until we send you a shipment confirmation email. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We work hard to process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery takes 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery takes 15-25 business days after shipment.

You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on carrier performance and customs processing.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be head-over-booties in love with your items. Our Return & Exchange Policy is part of these Terms.

• Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of you receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Process: To initiate a return or exchange, you must first email us at [email protected] within the 15-day window for approval and instructions.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost and risk of shipping the return back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
