We work hard to process and ship your orders quickly so you can start enjoying your new pieces ASAP!
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping – For orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Please note: We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be absolutely head-over-booties in love with everything you order from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it better.
Return Timeframe
We happily accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Important Exceptions
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following intimate products:
- Bralettes
- Earrings
All sales on these items are final.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging if possible
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] using the template provided below. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Wait for Approval: Our friendly team will review your request and email you within 2 business days with instructions and a return shipping address.
- Ship It Back: Package the item carefully (preferably in original packaging) with a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation. Ship to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable service as you’re responsible until it reaches us.
- Let Us Handle the Rest: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange!

Refund Information
Refund Processing Time
After we receive your return:
- Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process the return
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Important Notes
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item
