If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help make the process as smooth as our flowy dresses.

Our Return & Exchange Policy

We happily accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Please Note: For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Bralettes and Earrings due to the intimate nature of these products. All sales on these items are final.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, send us a return/exchange request using the template below via email at [email protected]. Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our friendly team will review your request and, once approved, will email you within 2 business days with further instructions and a shipping address for your return.
  3. Ship It Back: Carefully package the unused, tagged item in its original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your original packing slip or order confirmation inside the package. Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back at our store.
  4. Let Us Handle the Rest: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange!

Refund Timing & Method

After we receive your return:

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process the return.
  • Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be fully posted to your account.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.
